Groove Is in the Heart (And Also This CD) submitted by Meginator on August 26, 2020, 4:19pm Featuring tracks from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, this album is guaranteed to make you want to move: every track is iconic in its own right, and together they create over an hour of pure energy. I was happy to see that the compilation goes beyond the typical Jock Jams playbook (although plenty of those classics are present), including some disco and earlier pop. What a great dose of upbeat nostalgia.
