Great history submitted by Xris on July 6, 2018, 5:41pm I loved learning about the couple that changed life for mixed couples. <3

Great Movie submitted by cmarie2004 on July 29, 2018, 7:48pm Years ago, I watched Mr. & Mrs. Loving (1996) and when I heard the story was header to the big screen again, I thought it was ridiculous. But this depiction is with watching and not as "Hollywood" (everyone seemed more on edge. This version is calm) as the earlier movie, although that was good, too.

Good submitted by zmclaugh on August 10, 2018, 8:34pm This is a good and important story.

A tale of the couple more than the Supreme Court case submitted by willow on February 13, 2019, 7:59am This is a quiet story of two gentle souls who loved each other, leading to a Supreme Court case, but it is not the story of the court case. I was expecting much more courtroom drama and so was surprised by this film. It was, however, one of the sweetest stories of love and marriage I have ever seen. The court case is presented incidentally, rather than as the main focus. I highly recommend it. Ruth Negga and Joel Edgerton both acted wonderfully, and Ruth Negga is actually Irish, which I did not realize at the time, making her accent quite startling in retrospect.

Good Historical Movie submitted by majean on July 20, 2019, 12:22pm This is an important chapter in US history that is not well known. Good depiction.
