It's Britney...[censored] submitted by Meginator on December 22, 2023, 12:24pm This collection does a great job of charting Britney Spears's career from her teen-pop origins to the edgier electronic anthems that have made her an all-time pop icon. The songs speak for themselves, remaining catchy and emblematic of their original time in the spotlight, and while she doesn't have the most powerful voice, Britney is a consummate performer who can easily adapt to the needs of each track. Overall, this is a satisfying journey through twenty years of pop history and it functions as a solid introduction to the singer's music, even if a greatest hits compilation might make a few different choices in the track lineup.
