COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Sad to see the series end! submitted by KeithMc on August 11, 2017, 8:56pm An excellent show, unparalleled on TV. I'm SO sorry to see it end.
(To NBC: You REALLY messed up by canceling THIS one!)

If you were ever a fan of the series, be sure to check this one out!

Season 6 is a short season, to wrap up the series and many dangling
story threads. (What happens to everyone, what's the true secret
and purpose of The Stick, and its mystical symbols? etc..)
The last episode's postscript also hinted at a Next Generation.

Overall, I was very glad to see this season return to its "Wesen
Police Procedural / Mystery" roots, solving puzzles involving a
number of brand new Wesen types. There is at least one
episode with a great twist ending! (I too was getting tired of
the middle seasons' slug-fest between factions of known types.
We wanted to see some cool new Wesen!)

Another interesting "twisty treat" this season are episodes that
deal with tough Wesen-related cultural morals topics, like:
"How do you handle a senile elderly Wesen, who could become
a danger to others, or expose Wesen society by Woging at
inappropriate times?" This at least leaves the fans with some
food-for-thought discussions. (Would you agree with their
solutions, or not?)

In the finale multi-episode arc, the writers finally bring many of
the main cast back together again, to fight a powerful common foe.
Hopefully, fans of this series will be satisfied with the series finale.

Farewell to Grimm... We'll all miss you!
