Distorted Guitars and Sweeping Melodies submitted by Meginator on June 24, 2020, 7:44pm This is alternative rock in its purest form, heavy on distorted guitars and sweeping choruses that sit on the heavier side of the genre, inspired by but not quite becoming metal. The music itself is powerful and has a forceful driving spirit, always pushing forward but never getting ahead of itself, and the vocals have a lot of range and depth. Everything comes together so seamlessly on this album that it’s difficult to articulate what makes it so good, but it is really good.
