COMMUNITY REVIEWS

A Variety submitted by Meginator on June 27, 2017, 10:26am I'm not sure what to make of this collection of short films; as someone without an extensive background in cinema studies, I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. My favorite films were more straightforward, including documentaries on a sculpture artist in Detroit and a bus that acts as a de facto homeless shelter overnight in the Bay Area. These were eye-opening and very well done. "Sto[ne]s was a very cool, brief artistic piece that mesmerized me. Many of the others went over my head, but the creators' skills are evident. This is very much a YMMV collection.
