It has four episodes: A Brush With Teeth, I Want Cake, The Big Sneeze, and Must See TV. This DVD is all about staying healthy (germs, healthy food, dental hygiene, exercise, and vaccines). Plus, in the cake episode, they briefly discuss international foods. My kids and I love it!
