COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Legendary submitted by Chris82 on July 31, 2011, 9:45pm One of the most legendary classic movies of all time. Everyone should watch it at least once in their lives.

A Classic submitted by dumusicgirl on August 2, 2013, 2:12pm This is a classic film that still stands up today. The acting is great, the cinematography is as well. This is a classic love story set during World War II in Morocco.

cassacblanca submitted by avrogers1 on June 24, 2017, 3:51pm This is such an amazing film. It's a must for anyone who loves the classics

It's a classic for a reason. submitted by lisa on July 23, 2018, 11:22am They'll always have Paris, I guess, but it's Morocco that's what we have, and what a setting, the club within it. Viva la resistance! I think ultimately the sing-off fight is the best moment in the film, followed by Rick's saving the woman from sleeping with someone else to be good to her husband.

Must Watch To Understand Today's Movies submitted by jgerman79 on June 21, 2019, 9:43pm I had no idea how many movie and TV tropes started so far back, and so many in just this ONE movie! Makes it interesting on a whole other level.

Humphrey Bogart was a great actor submitted by ccrose on August 31, 2019, 7:29pm Not just a famous name, and certainly not a pretty face. But he could fit into this little oasis of expats who can’t leave.
Lots of obvious deals made in that bar. Lots of spies. And imagine on his plate in comes in his best love. The one that makes him wince. It’s a difficult situation to balance the exterior danger and the painful wish that he could snatch her back and make her stay. For what? Nothing is going to be ok.

One of the all time greats submitted by RebeccaWittekindt on August 29, 2020, 10:51am Certainly an amazing movie. When I first saw it, I was amazing at how many lines I had already heard as quotes. The whole movie is amazing, but I really enjoyed Peter Lorre.
