slow and somber; very well-acted; gorgeous seaside submitted by lisa on June 27, 2019, 3:50pm This one unfolds slowly, so it's a good thing the actors & characters are so absorbing. I gave it a go cuzza Olivia Colman, whom I knew only from her Oscar™®-winning role in <i>The Favourite</i>. I don't regret it, despite the darkness of the story and the slow slow pace and the fact that I was watching it while I waited to find out whether I had a brain tumor (I did not!), but be prepared for some heavy stuff if you take it on.
