Nice Workouts for beginners submitted by cynthdahlgren on July 3, 2020, 4:32pm I like this DVD, we checked it out to just do easy at-home workouts during the quarantine and it has been good. Don't expect this to change your life or anything, but it's just a nice alternative to walking the neighborhood, which has been welcome on days that are too hot or rainy to get outside. I added 5lb weights and you could also do more weights to make the exercises a bit harder, but they also have chair options, so it can be as easy as you want. I especially like the vertical ab toner because I hate getting down on the floor.
