After a catastrophe where a baby isn't delivered, the company moves into delivering everyday packages. When the main character, Junior the stork, discovers a baby, he must team up with orphan Tulip to bring her to her family.

This movie has a cute plot, and it has loads of funny parts (most of the best parts feature Pigeon Toady)!
