In the span of a single day, the town of Silverton is ravaged by an unprecedented onslaught of tornadoes. Into The Storm submitted by SBNB on July 13, 2015, 9:26pm I find tornadoes both terrifying and fascinating. This movie didn't have much of any science in it, but if you can manage a certain level of suspension of disbelief, there's definitely entertainment here. After the initial scene, the main story starts off slow and forced. Storm chasers trying to get the tornado of a lifetime, it's been done before. But while Twister focused on the love story of the storm chasers, the most compelling human story in this movie comes from a father and his two sons. Also, it was interesting that the movie seemed to mirror a documentary I had seen about a storm chaser with his armored vehicle trying to get the shot of the inside of a tornado for his movie. In any case, no, this isn't a spectacular movie, but it entertained, it wasn't so incredibly horrible. I've seen so much worse in disaster movies.
