A Remake of a Remake ... This One Will Be Quickly Forgotten submitted by sVfGI7Glt2pz7GZgVB90 on August 23, 2020, 9:43am The principal positive feature of this new film is Denzel Washington in the leading role as a bounty hunter who has to gather together a posse to defend a small town. He's also got Ethan Hawke, who is a Confederate marksman. Chris Pratt is okay, not remarkably hilarious. There's a backwoodsman, and then there are three racial stereotypes---a Chinese chap, a Mexican, and a Native American. And then, there're horses and gunfights and hats. Nothing like the original or its antecedent (Seven Samurai).
