Funny, but always stresses me out submitted by johnsoem on August 15, 2011, 9:15pm I always feel bad for Steve Martin, the frustrated father of the bride, whose young daughter announces she's to marry. He runs around helping her to create the most beautiful wedding, and then ends up not being abe to share in the joy of the day. It's a good movie, well made, great performances, but it always leaves me fealing frustrated because he works so hard and gets so little recognition.

Classic Steve Martin submitted by fizzleskittle on June 16, 2012, 10:41pm This is my favorite Steve Martin movie. A must watch for anyone involved with planning a wedding. My whole family still uses taglines from this movie ("Armani doesn't make a blue suit") and speaks in "Franc voice" years after watching this. It's a great story that with have the whole family laughing.
