Harry's fourth year at Hogwarts is marked by the Quidditch World Cup and the Triwizard Tournament, in which student representatives from three different wizarding schools compete in a series of increasingly challenging contests. However, Voldemort's Death Eaters are gaining strength and create the Dark Mark - giving evidence that the Dark Lord is ready to rise again. In the unsuspecting lives of the students at Hogwarts, the competitors are selected by the goblet of fire, which this year makes a very surprising announcement: Hogwarts will have two representatives in the tournament, including Harry. Now Harry has to rise to the challenge for the Tri Wizard Tournament while keeping up with school.

Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire submitted by lstorc on August 6, 2018, 12:29am Cinematically gorgeous

mysterious submitted by SadieRose on August 16, 2018, 1:36pm scary!

Magical submitted by anacoluthon on August 20, 2018, 1:32am It was really fun to see the World Cup and Triwizard Tournament come to life! Some goofy haircuts, though!

not keen on all the directorial decisions submitted by camelsamba on June 22, 2019, 10:58pm I did not like how the tri-wizard tasks were changed for the movie. For example, Harry's extended dragon flight over the grounds of Hogwarts served no real purpose in advancing the plot. Changes to the 2nd task bothered me as well.

Decently Adapted submitted by caburr47 on July 21, 2019, 9:14pm The screenwriter cut the fat. Thou I was sad to see the Luci Bagman subplot go, it is one of the best adaptations of the Harry Potter series.

Death submitted by Lynne Aldrich on June 29, 2020, 9:51pm To a student we didn't know very well.

Not quite the same submitted by cayluebeck on July 23, 2020, 2:44pm Vastly different. If you had read the books, this movie is vastly different from its novel that it is based on. People have their biases towards one or other, I prefer books. Despite the alterations the film is still fairly well done. The effects have held up surprisingly well over time and the score is one of the greatest gems from Harry Potter. This part in the series follows the Tri-Wizard Tournament which is a competition between Hogwarts and two other wizarding schools, of course, chaos ensues.

Must Watch! submitted by Abbie D. on June 29, 2022, 10:46am I'd say the Goblet of Fire movie is the least like the books, the director definitely took creative liberties. There were several scenes added that weren't needed and several scenes cut that were. Overall it is a good movie with some great shots and affects. It is a must watch as it sets the plot of the final three movies up. Just don't go into it expecting the book.

Dumbledore and Voldemort submitted by arubalca on July 9, 2022, 5:15pm Entirely wrong pacing for the characters. Other than that good movie

Great film submitted by wilcomea on July 19, 2022, 3:53pm I love the mix of happy and devastating scenes in this movie; series is really starting to feel more serious and less childlike.

Ok submitted by ruffnuttuffnut on December 24, 2022, 5:56pm The screenplay wasn’t written by Jk Rowling, and yes, I know the screenplays of plenty o movies haven’t been written by the original author. However, Steve Kloves could have been more authentic to the Wizarding world in his screenwrite. It didn’t quite feel like the Wizarding world
