romantic submitted by kathscot on June 27, 2014, 11:05am An adequate adaption - not my favorite, but still enjoyable. The plot is streamlined (details fall to the side and events are elapsed), Jane is rather more direct and Rochester remains rather grouchier, but the mystery is better maintained.
