Makes you want to be... submitted by Kikumatsu97 on July 27, 2015, 1:52pm ...as interesting as these characters.

The basis for this movie is totally inventive and the addition of the short film "Hotel Chevalier" that hitches itself to this title, and stars Jason Shwartzman in his career highlight, is 13 minutes of cinematic bliss.

This was a collaboration of Anderson, Schwartzman, and Roman Coppola. It has all the intentions of reaching deep into your imagination and psyche and settling in for a spicy and unique train ride. I never grow weary of the minutes spent watching this movie as I often do with other movies. Every second of it is crucial to what you need. It's beautiful scenery and bold characters give you all you would want out of a fantastic book. I wish it WERE a book, I'd read it over and over.

Not the best of the Wes. submitted by lisa on July 29, 2019, 4:04pm To me. But visually great, as usual.
