The Royal Tenenbaums submitted by leenajong on August 17, 2015, 1:37pm Great movie. we really like it.

One of the best movies out there! submitted by Kikumatsu97 on July 16, 2020, 7:24pm I saw this at a pretty young age so I still gather quite a bit of new information from it each time I watch that I totally missed before.

The character development in this is so fantastic and all of them are my favorite.
*There's attempted suicide in this movie for anyone who has a trigger there.

Entertaining movie submitted by kencza on August 11, 2020, 10:17pm The colorful and quirky Tenenbaum family have quite a history and an even more mixed up present in this dark comedy from Wes Anderson. A stellar cast tells the story of a family with roots of accomplishment and painful failure in communication amongst each other. There are serious moments as well as plenty of whimsy and silly moments. Great performances by Hackman and Houston, the Wilson Brothers, and Paltrow in one of her better roles.

Love submitted by Harlowamy on August 30, 2020, 9:18pm I love this movie. Great style, charming characters fun to watch.

idiotic movie with a misleading title, as usual. submitted by Tassos on April 21, 2021, 2:02pm It feels interminable. I am still watching the stupid thing as it seems to never end and die, already. Good actors are wasted. oh, finally, I see that S-hole finally kicked the bucket and some idiotic, irrelevant music is playing as soon as he is buried. Morons... I suspected it was a stupid flake, but.. curiosity killed the cat, or wasted the time of the movie viewer... oh well...

Wonderful cast and dark humor submitted by A2AE on July 19, 2021, 8:07pm I'm a big Wes Anderson fan, and while it's hard to pick , this is my favorite of his films. It's characters are so flawed but endearing. While Royal has all the best lines, Richy is the heart of the family (and the movie).

Good One, for This Guy submitted by jibkidder on July 25, 2022, 11:00am I am a Wes Anderson hater, just really do not like his movies, but I think this is the one where he struck the best balance.
