COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Great fun submitted by CasualTim on August 14, 2010, 12:29am Sam Raimi, why did you ever do that silly Spider Man stuff? This movie's a return to his roots (of the smash, bang, bop, poke! variety of horror) and is terrific fun. It held up or possibly even improved on my recent second watching. Lohman's commitment and Raimi's physical style are all you need for a constantly entertaining tale, though the other players all seem to be very well informed of the intended destination in terms of genre and feel. Add this to the list (including Teeth and Jennifer's Body) of recent excellent, boisterous horror punctuated by female leads showing some real chops.

Simple and entertaining story submitted by beeniepie on August 27, 2014, 4:21pm I really enjoyed this movie. There's nothing special or incredibly creative about it. The simplicity is probably what I like best. A nice girl is trying to get a promotion, so she makes a bad decision to not help an old lady. The old lady happens to have the power to place a curse. Justin Long does a good job staying in the back ground as the supportive boyfriend.

Drag Me To Hell dvd submitted by a2sue on July 21, 2019, 12:29pm This dvd of Drag Me To Hell was AWFUL! Terrible storyline, terrible script.
