Very interesting... submitted by bookher on July 11, 2019, 10:18am I listened to this BOC during a long car drive and loved it. What a refreshing take on fitness and strengthening. I love Miranda's teachings of gentle fluid movements to lengthen and strengthen muscle tone. I've done a few of her routines on Youtube and I do feel much better after just doing her stretches for 10-15 min.s I plan to work up to 30 min.s per day.
