An Adventure of a Film submitted by Luisa Scavo on July 24, 2014, 9:16am Long, almost arduously so, and worth every minute.

Diverse cast submitted by willow on August 31, 2015, 1:08pm English actor Alec Guinness wore significant makeup to play Prince Feisal, and Mexican-born Anthony Quinn (also well made up) plays Auda abu Tayi. Puerto Rican José Ferrer plays the Turkish Bey, and Omar Sharif (Lebanese-Egyptian) plays Sherif Ali.

Classic submitted by kelleyc on June 22, 2016, 1:36pm A must-see classic for everyone.

An improbable piece of history submitted by ccrose on August 31, 2019, 6:52pm This movie was grueling to film. It took much longer than projected because of the heat that was worse than ever expected. The story is true. A renagade Englishman takes on the leadership of floundering Arabs.
Peter O’toole was magnificent as were each of the other main roles. It’s worth watching because of the reality of the conflict, how unlikely anyone could survive crossing the desert.i would like to watch it again, just to remember the scope of the story.

So great submitted by SaraP on July 25, 2022, 2:32pm I saw it for the first time at The Michigan Theater in 1999. It was hot and packed and I loved every minute of it. I return to this one ever year or so. Everything works perfectly.

Good, but long! submitted by dtarrago on August 6, 2023, 1:08am Interesting story, beautifully shot, but certainly long!
