COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Oi submitted by manz on July 1, 2016, 9:09am What's the big deal with this movie? No thanks.

Scenery Was Beautiful, though submitted by Beth Manuel on July 19, 2016, 7:42pm I found this to be a compelling film. Despite the blood and gore, it did keep my attention albeit by watching in two parts due to the length. Leonardo DiCaprio portrayed the explorer, Hugh Glass, impressively. The idea that this is based on true events is crazy. The bear attack looked realistic. I suppose it was CGI, but it was believable!

Why did this get such great reviews? submitted by mandevil on November 28, 2016, 12:17pm Too long and frankly too boring. Although Leonardo is "close to death" he somehow manages to walk and drag himself across miles of dangerous Indian territory to get his betrayer- not very believable.

Fur Trapping ain't easy submitted by CampbellB on June 21, 2017, 8:17am Really good movie. Intense scenes. Great acting.

The Revenant submitted by Eureka on August 4, 2023, 2:46pm Overrated.
