COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Chinatown - Remember It submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on August 14, 2015, 4:12am A simmering film noir following a private detective who finds himself out of his element and over his head among the wealthy and powerful players in Los Angeles. A simple case is anything but (of course). There is corruption of every kind lurking around; there are conspiracies and buried secrets. People are stuck on the wrong sides of the line - of law, of power, of money and influence - and how does one deal with that?

Neo Noir Classic submitted by irenzero on June 10, 2022, 11:09pm One of the great films of the 1970s, a simple case sprawls into major revelations about the powerful people who control LA and their crimes.

But Polanski submitted by SaraP on July 26, 2022, 1:35pm A great movie, but Polanski is a piece of trash.
