The Princess in Black and the hungry bunny horde: Princess Magnolia and her unicorn, Frimplepants, are on their way to have brunch with Princess Sneezewort, an occasion Frimplepants enjoys more than anything in the world. But just when he can smell the freshly baked bread and the heaping platters of sugar-dusted doughnuts, Princess Magnolia's glitter-stone ring rings. The monster alarm! After a quick change in the secret cave, Princess Magnolia and Frimplepants are transformed into the Princess in Black and her faithful pony, Blacky. But when they get to the goat pasture, all they can see is a field full of darling little bunnies nibbling on grass, twitching their velvet noses, and wiggling their fluffy tails. Where are the monsters? Are these bunnies as innocent as they appear?

If you like the books, you'll like the audio submitted by Sara W on July 19, 2019, 9:11pm These stories are as satisfying as reading the actual books. The Princess in Black fights monsters while maintaining her secret identity as a prim and proper princess. Easy to enjoy and a good diversion on long trips.

Good submitted by TLW1998 on June 21, 2022, 11:47am My 5-6 year old daughter loves to read these books. They are easy to read beginning chapter books with few words on each page. A quick read about a Princess who changes her identity to fight monsters. It would be fun to listen to on cd.
