COMMUNITY REVIEWS
from a different time submitted by strawberryhead on September 6, 2016, 11:32am I couldn't watch past the second episode. I get that this was made in what the 60s? A different time. I found this British tale about how the Irish countrymen were to be for lack of a better word racist. They were depicted as dim witted folks. It would have been fine to watch if the English officer was stationed in the country of England and dealing with English country bumpkins where the English made fun of Englishmen but really, no wonder the Irish of modern times continue to have problems with the "British". Some period pieces or dated things are easy to watch, but at least Monty Python made fun of a whole slue of peoples.
