Blu-ray.
For 65 million years, Madagascar was lost to the world, isolated, undiscovered, and untouched by humans. Left to its own devices it became a hotbed of evolution, resulting in the greatest concentration of unique creatures anywhere on the planet. More than 80% of Madagascar's animals and plants are found nowhere else on Earth. Recognized as one of the world's most important biodiversity hotspots.

Amazing 3-part series submitted by sfrantom on August 17, 2019, 10:14pm From the BBC, this continues the incredible standard they've set for nature documentary films. Narrated by Sir David Attenborough, it explores the unbelievably diverse landscapes of Madagascar and the amazing adaptations necessary for the survival of the island's flora and fauna. Lemurs are a big part of each episode, and the amazing footage and information shared about them and their habitats (and the concerns for their future) from this film makes it a must-watch!
