Tragedy submitted by Jeff.Hill on July 7, 2013, 12:37pm The movie may be well crafted, the primary setting beautiful, and the acting passable, but it's storyline is filled with so much tragedy, pain (and contrivance) that I cannot recommend this to anyone. Sorry to all it's fans, but the lack of any significant redemption (and the ending brothers/father scene doesn't count for much of one) keeps the viewer firmly rooted in the pain of the human condition: total depravity.

I'm not sure... submitted by DBJC on July 18, 2014, 9:28pm I watched this movie once and I'm not sure if I liked it or not. I do have to admit that I enjoyed looking at Brad Pitt, but there was just so much for one movie. Lots of time passed, lots of things happened. So I would just recommend to watch at your own leisure because it's really just a "hate it" or "love it" movie.
