Awesome submitted by mysterio on July 27, 2011, 8:23pm Awesome

Classic sci-fi submitted by answer-beat on October 8, 2023, 11:07pm The Forbidden Planet has amazing effects and a groundbreaking electronic score by Louis and Bebe Barron. It does have some campiness to it but it's generally an amazing film, well worth watching. You can skip the extra feature film included here (The Invisible Boy). Robby the Robot is awesome but even he can't save typical '50s family values crap like this.
