Good submitted by jangmikyoung on July 23, 2012, 9:32am I thought that this movie was okay, except for some parts. I liked how it had some humor with some tense parts.

Okay submitted by leehannah on July 23, 2012, 9:33am This movie was good for the most part. I really enjoyed watching it. Something that made it even better was Blu-ray!

Good movie! submitted by Xris on July 22, 2019, 11:18pm A princess who can do for herself, without much help from anyone. Plus the music is great! And I like that more people are represented in this Disney film! A princess of color, yes!!

A Modern Disney Princess submitted by Meginator on August 27, 2022, 9:24pm This delightful Disney princess movie is unfortunately overlooked (I have my suspicions as to why) but firmly deserves its place among the best in the genre. The vibrant New Orleans/Louisiana bayou setting comes alive through the film’s vivid, colorful two-dimensional animation and its soundtrack, which includes the best of the company’s I Want songs (“Almost There”). The story follows some familiar beats overall, but a few twists and tricks keep things interesting throughout, and Tiana is empowered to write her own story in ways that her predecessors often are not. A Disney princess for the modern generation, Tiana shines in her feature film, and it’s a joy to see.
