tpb submitted by a2sue on August 18, 2013, 10:17am this film is a lot of fun! the princess bride has a great cast, and cary elwes is absolutely perfect as westley. two thumbs up!

great movie submitted by ejmarcash on June 20, 2014, 11:36pm Great family movie. My daughter loved it because it had a princess in the movie. My son loved the action scenes but disapproved of the kissing scenes. My husband loved the fencing scenes because once upon a time, he used to fence. I enjoyed the humor and romance and a young, baby-faced Fred Savage. Aw. I can't believe how much time has passed since The Wonder Years.

a fairy tale as imagined by a 7 year old boy submitted by SurfGrape on June 26, 2014, 12:13pm This is a classic fairy tale with all the elements (sword fights, pirates, magic, princes, princesses, true love) but wrapped in the imagination of a 7-year old boy. In other words, only the good parts!

One of my favorites: Princess Bride. submitted by tbbrown76 on July 26, 2014, 11:31am When he switches from left-handed to right and so does his opponent. Andre the Giant. Billy Crystal. Just an excellent film that everybody should like.

A classic! submitted by asopijw65 on August 4, 2014, 4:43pm Classic movie that everyone should see. Highly quotable and still funny even after all these years.

Great! submitted by cowmooflage on August 6, 2014, 8:47am Very fun movie. The fight choreography is great, the one-liners are super quotable, and the characters are endearing. Great movie

Mandy Patinkin submitted by willow on August 31, 2015, 8:46am Mandy Patinkin (whose family are Russian and Polish Jews) plays the swashbuckling and very memorable Inigo Montoya.

Did you know that in 2013, a man wearing a shirt with that famous line of Inigo Montoya was asked to take it off, because other passengers might be scared? Ha.

Classic submitted by kelleyc on July 28, 2016, 6:18pm As you wish.
