Evocative submitted by lstorc on August 27, 2018, 11:00am This film was sad with well-rounded characters and a full cycle through emotional tirades that come with loving someone who suffers from addiction.

Compelling submitted by brooksza on August 23, 2023, 11:32am Everything in this movie feels so lived-in, it's partially due to the handheld camera but the details and subtle references to past experience also play a big part. You can watch this movie through so many people's perspectives. I just feel like some of the clunky stuff (salon scene, mention of the TV show Cops) feel so off in this movie that it takes it down a notch for me.

Tremendous action by Bill Irwin and he should have been nominated. Love the look on his face during the actual wedding.
