You Know What You're Getting Yourself Into... submitted by shira.pilarski on July 18, 2020, 3:42pm ...with this exaggeratedly jingoistic, over-the-top, downright cheesy installment in the Rocky franchise. Antagonist Dolph Lundgren has perhaps five lines in the whole movie; viewers wish Stallone had that few as well. You may notice that all of the Soviet characters are played by non-Russian actors. This is because this movie is deeply anti-Russian, in a borderline sketchy way. Also, Apollo Creed knew what he was getting himself into, so he kinda deserved it.

A bit predicitable submitted by dahyatt on August 15, 2022, 3:41pm While I enjoyed this fourth installment of the Rocky series, it is very predictable as to what is going to happen. Movie came out at the height of the U.S. looking at Russia as it's greatest enemy. The best part for me was James Brown's singing before the Creed vs. Drago fight.
