Haunting Labyrinth submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on August 6, 2014, 5:03pm Pan's Labyrinth is beautiful, scary, violent, and surreal. It is also very sad. It is impressive how the very dream-like approach to this movie draws you in rather than keeping you at a distance. It has a child protagonist but is not at all a children's film; the R-rating is there for reasons.

I have no patience with this fairy tale, so I moved on to the next DVD I borrowed. submitted by Tassos on April 17, 2022, 4:53pm In a sense all fictional movies are damned fairy tales for adults, but this one really looks like some silly fantasy BS for kids, and I had no patience with its silly antics. Maybe I missed something good, but I doubt it.
