Good for Kids submitted by jarroyo on August 1, 2012, 12:27pm My 3 year old son loves this movie. It's a movie that he wants to watch over and over. There isn't a lot of action/adventure in this movie, but that doesn't seem to matter to my son. He wants to watch it again right when it ends.

Fun movie for young car-lovers submitted by beeniepie on June 21, 2014, 12:39pm This is a great animated movie for the little car lovers. Pixar does a great job illustrating the over-arching theme of the pitfalls of hubris and rewards of friendship and teamwork.

My only reservation was when Lightning McQueen very loudly complained, "I'm in hillbilly hell!"

As a parent of a preschooler, I was a little surprised that Pixar used that type of language. I'm no prude, and I still let my son watch the movie. I tried to brush it off when he asked me what "hillbilly hell" means, but just thought other parents might want to know before showing the movie to their kids.

The animation is top notch and the voice acting sends this movie to the top od the list for me. Its spectacular! The details in the scenes and backgrounds are the amazing scapes we have come to lnow and loce from disney. I love picking out new details everytime i watch it.
