Autobiographical story that chronicles the joys and troubles experienced by a group of teenagers, mostly Holocaust survivors, living at an Israeli youth settlement in 1953. A moving story about three girls coming of age in post-Holocaust Israel. Like most of the children in Udim, a youth village nestled along Israel's coastal plain, Aviya, Yola, and Mira share a common sorrow--the pain of longing for lost loved ones. Through their struggles, the girls find friendship and the comfort of knowing they're not alone. The sequel to "Aviya's summer."
DVD, region 1, full screen (1.33:1) presentation; Dolby Digital 2.0 stereo., NTSC.
Contents: ʻEts ha-domim tafus.
