Wish It Had More Brazilian Rhythms to It submitted by Meginator on July 22, 2021, 9:19pm This album is certainly intriguing, as all of the Rough Guide compilations are, but it was a rare miss for me. I found it difficult to pick out particularly Brazilian rhythmic influences in these tracks, and many of them sounded the same as each other to my ears. Despite enjoying the musical styles employed by most of these artists, this just didn’t hold my interest.
