A jolly good time with this CD submitted by manz on December 3, 2008, 10:15am This CD is so fun. The original songs sung by various characters are catchy and charming. So are the other albums by this group. I am still bummed that I I did not get to see them play at the Downtown library last summer!

Group Project submitted by Meginator on June 25, 2023, 12:33pm Although the Wizarding World has understandably lost some of its luster recently, this album is a reminder of the Harry Potter fandom’s endless creativity and it is full of playful connections to the books. The album features tracks sung from the perspective of several different characters, including a wonderfully in-character guest appearance from Draco and the Malfoys (the album’s strongest track, in my opinion) and other unexpected sources. The songs and the production are straightforward and have a charming homebrew feel, and though it is a bit rough around the edges the album is full of humor and illustrates the ways in which fans’ takes on original source material can be just as satisfying (if not more so) than canon.
