Great Season submitted by Beth Manuel on June 22, 2015, 10:57am It sure was convenient having all the discs for season 2 ready for viewing instead of waiting for each DVD. On the other hand, it made for more binge watching. This was a good season in terms of plot lines and some character development. I can't wait to see what's in store for the third season. It should be noted that so much of this story is fictionalized compared to Piper Kerman's memoir. But that's what makes the plot so interesting.....

did not like submitted by Jackie77 on July 25, 2015, 2:53am Season 1 was great. This season i did not like. Too much hoopla over this show about it being true. Not much is true at all

Piper submitted by Pooh3238 on June 24, 2019, 9:25pm Continuing on from the book about prison. Lots of fictional events, but could possibly be believable.

A bit of a sophomore slump? submitted by lisa on August 4, 2019, 3:29pm Seems as if Season 2 took a little slide to the cheesy along with the regular exploitation. But let's be clear: this is a whole lot less documentary and a whole lot more soap opera set in prison. And Weeds got a whole lot worse over the years.

Starts to slide submitted by Aimless on August 5, 2019, 3:23pm Well the first season was amazing, the second season is where it starts to get outlandish, but don’t worry it gets significantly more outlandish as you go on

OITNB submitted by crp on August 5, 2019, 11:07pm One of the best TV shows ever made!

Love this show! submitted by jgetty on November 12, 2021, 4:47pm I finished Season 2 and love this show. It is never a dull moment, and one crazy thing after another. The show's flashbacks are interesting seeing what happened in the prisoners' lives before prison, sad situations, bad decisions, bad motivations. The characters somehow become people you can't help being interested in. It is a wild wild ride for sure. I'm on to Season 3! (Note: I'm in Season 4 now and some VERY violent parts in Seasons 3 and 4! Just skip them.)
