Digital print. Ann Arbor Artist. Casey Nowak is an Ann Arbor-based illustrator and cartoonist. Nowak studied at the school of Art and Design at the University of Michigan. They won the Ignatz Award in 2016 for their minicomic "Radishes" and in 2017 for "Diana's Electric Tongue. Their work includes three issues of the comic book series Lumberjanes and a book of her original stories published by Top Shelf in 2018.

Enchanting submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 11:27am I love everything about this print, from the grayscale color theme to the hilarious caption and the way the sky, scenery, and characters are framed against each other within the image. Despite being somewhat breezy in theme, the colors give the image a spooky undertone that suits the arb at night (and happens to work very well against a gray wall in my home).
