Awesome submitted by chloehyatt on May 19, 2015, 4:23pm I saw this movie in theater and I thought it was awesome. It is funny but a little sad.

Amazing submitted by chioma on June 13, 2015, 6:06pm I loved this movie. It was so sweet and amazing and funny on how both Annie and Mr. Staks adapts to living with each other. This movie is a must see and every bit of the movie will steal your heart. By the time you've finished watch the movie you'll be singin' "Tomorrow, Tomorrow, I'll love ya, tomorrow!

weird submitted by manz on June 20, 2015, 2:08pm Cute but weird. Original was better.

surprised submitted by Jada Lee on July 24, 2015, 7:22am I was very leary about watching this movie as I didnt like the huge changes. However it was a fabulous movie. Annie and Mr. Stacks had great chemistry together. Cameron Diaz didnt do well with her role tho.

so cute submitted by 23lisq on August 5, 2015, 9:00pm My girls and I had fun watching this movie and sing the songs after. Nice updated version of an already great story.

Annie submitted by SBNB on August 14, 2015, 9:03pm I loved it. The original is fuzzy in my memory, but I would think this one is just as good.

Cute submitted by DL on June 22, 2016, 6:38pm Updated version of Annie that is fun to see.

Cute submitted by AprilCDB on July 26, 2016, 2:36pm I didn't expect much, but was actually pretty good.

Annie 2014 submitted by a2sue on August 1, 2016, 9:05am Annie 2014 doesn't hold a candle to Annie 1982!!!

Cute submitted by hollieesper121573 on August 20, 2016, 11:29pm Really movie with a twist on original

Annie submitted by jduffy12 on August 26, 2016, 11:47am It was ok

Cute remake submitted by volunteerchow on August 26, 2016, 5:55pm Cute Remake. I thought that I'd try the movie and ended up enjoying it.

Wanted to Love - liked instead submitted by Duette on September 5, 2016, 7:00am The film altogether was enjoyable I am still partial to the original because this one stayed to stay very safe to the original for the first 1/2 of the film. The other half (from the middle to the end) actually was really good and I wish they'd followed along with that direction throughout the film.

Good Update to an Old Story submitted by majean on June 15, 2019, 10:13am Cameron Diaz was awful, but then I've never seen a film in which she was good, so there's that. The autotune was a bit much, but I loved the updated story, and the cast has great chemistry (aside from Diaz).

Annie submitted by Varshini on August 31, 2019, 7:18pm It was nice to see a newer version of "Annie". I'm not sure if I prefer the older version or this one. THey are both good!

A feel-good family movie submitted by nemiller on July 31, 2020, 9:55pm A modern twist on a classic story, filled with lovable (and a few love-to-hate) characters, catchy songs, and a lot of hope - what's not to love? I've watched this movie a few times and it always puts me in a good mood.

Love it soo much submitted by czadams on July 31, 2023, 12:12am
I love the diversity of race and ethnicity of the cast members. He main character was in beasts of the southern wils and was absolutely amazing in both performances. I love that this Annie is in foster care as that is an important commentary on the broke system in the us. I like that the father is also Black as knowledge of cultural heritage is important in adoption. Cameron Diaz also brings diversity too and her own style to the wonderfully awful Miss Hannigan.

Nice submitted by Noah Oron on August 8, 2023, 6:10pm I think the original one was much better
