COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Upliftingly entertaining! submitted by llee on June 22, 2015, 12:44pm I wasn't sure what to expect from this movie, but if you watch it with a sense of following Hector on his search of happiness, you'll find yourself thoroughly enjoying all the moments in this movie.

If you are looking at it from a psychological sense and trying to tie together all the various storylines, you may walk away disappointed.

This is a definite recommendation from me!

Surprisingly touching submitted by mmckenzie on July 9, 2015, 1:44pm I watch a lot of little indie films for the 'who knows what you'll get' factor. This one took a bit to get going, but I found it touching. I think the professional film reviewers see too many films and get jaded. They thought this one was 'schmaltzy', but I found it touching. Hector's adventures were certainly that, got rather horrible at certain areas. But isn't that what makes a film worthwhile - a good mix of heart and horrible?

really lovely submitted by manz on April 25, 2016, 2:07pm The first half hour was hard to get through, as it was slow, but once Hector went on his adventure, I was sucked in! His encounters and search for happiness were really dear. I was crying by the end. Oh, we are but humans on this earth!

Good submitted by kelleyc on July 11, 2016, 7:01am Hard to get into at first, but ended up being really heartwarming.
