Simple submitted by JY 2005 on August 27, 2018, 10:46am This is a very simple painting. Just two colors placed together.

No. 13 submitted by c_zhang on June 16, 2019, 4:00pm I don't really like the simplicity, but the colors complement each other nicely.

No. 13 submitted by i'm a blobfish on June 18, 2019, 10:46pm The contrast of colors is nice and fitting. It's simple yet majestic.

No. 13 submitted by Varshini on June 22, 2019, 12:08pm I don't think these colors go together well. A better color scheme would be good in my opinion.

No. 13, 1951 submitted by lstorc on July 6, 2019, 7:58pm This is more like an undergraduate's assignment on using color than an actual piece of art.

ugh submitted by .-.-.-. on July 9, 2019, 10:25am I don't get it. I guess some people enjoy this type of art but not me. I don't like the gold color around the side either. It's a bad shade. Looks like the artist used a paintbrush for this. 1/5 stars.

Terrible... submitted by wookeny on July 9, 2019, 9:23pm This art painting is just dull and has no sense of it. I don't really like the wall painting either. I guess other people like this painting, but I don't really like it. There are just dull colors. Boring painting.

Why? submitted by DL on August 16, 2020, 10:53pm I really am not a fan of just colors looking like paint sample colors on a wall.

Rothko Makes Me Anxious submitted by valerieclaires on August 2, 2022, 2:45pm Rothko makes me anxious. The large, imprecise rectangles of colors close in value but opposite in hue seem to vibrate against each other, which makes me tense up and feel the anxiety course through my body. I understand Rothko's place in Surrealism and Abstract Expressionism, and I can appreciate the juxtaposition of colors, and I can understand the work from an academic standpoint. If art is meant to elicit a reaction in the viewer, this piece does just that but not in a good way for me. Rothko is a divisive artist, and I am on side of the divide that says, "Thanks, I hate it."

No. 13 submitted by SBNB on July 15, 2023, 3:05pm Not much to look at in this print. I don't really see the point of it.
