Enjoyed it more than I thought I would submitted by mmckenzie on July 9, 2015, 2:47pm Well done movie. Interesting to see the progression of Hawking's disease. So sad, such a waste of brilliance. Nonetheless, heart-lifting how he didn't give up.
fantastic story submitted by Jackie77 on August 13, 2015, 11:34pm This movie was awesome. Sad story of Stephen Hawking's disease that left him in a wheelchair and speaking through a computer. Inspirational as well, through all his issues he never wanted to give up. Eddie Redmayne did an excellent job acting. He is so believable as Stephen you think it is really him.
Well done submitted by Zekicmom on August 29, 2015, 11:12am I enjoyed the movie. It was very sensitively done and I thought it really humanized Stephen Hawkings
Well Executed Bipoic submitted by Meginator on July 21, 2017, 7:34pm This film has all of the requisite technical elements in place to suceed, and indeed it does. The acting is impeccable, and the script is at once compelling and relatable, thoroughly humanizing its characters and creating an interesting plot despite covering large gaps of time. This film deserves its accolades and is far less dry than you might expect at the outset.
Great! submitted by kbahleda on July 23, 2018, 10:12am Such a good movie! and the perfect cast for it
Great submitted by c_zhang on June 29, 2019, 12:45pm The acting was amazing, and the plot was interesting.
The Theory of Everything submitted by Varshini on July 3, 2019, 8:05pm This is one of my favorite movies. The acting was great, and the story was captivating. I'm never going to understand how Stephen divorced his first wife though. She sacrificed her own happiness and took care of him, but he left her for some other woman. I don't know his circumstances, but the way the movie portrayed it was very bad.
Excellent movie with wonderful acting submitted by crp on August 23, 2019, 12:16am Based on a true story about Stephen Hawkings, this is a beautifully told bioepic with wonderful actors and actresses.
