Compact discs.
Unabridged.
Read by Jen Tullock.
The creativity that is rewarded at age fifteen is not always enough to propel one through life at age thirty, and in adulthood not everyone can sustain what seemed to be their adolescent specialness. Jules Handler, an aspiring comic actress, eventually resigns herself to a more practical occupation and lifestyle. But her two best friends, now married to each other, become shockingly successful - true to their initial artistic dreams.

i have two best friends too submitted by nicenora2371 on July 12, 2013, 4:16pm just like the story

Really good submitted by KOH on August 8, 2017, 12:38pm I enjoy long books that span decades of someone's life because you get the whole picture of a person's story. In this, you get six people's stories and the way they interweave from childhood to late in life. Well crafted and compelling.

Good book submitted by liao_jasmine on July 24, 2019, 3:01pm Good story and excellent narrator! Love it!
