Dark but funny submitted by Enzy on April 21, 2015, 4:22pm This film was dark, but not as dark as I was expecting. Sometimes dark comedies are so dark that I do not smile throughout the whole movie, but this one was different. It definitely dealt with some very heavy issues, but I got breaks from the intensity through the comedy. There were a couple of scenes where you could tell that Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig were improvising and really enjoying each others' company. The laughs were genuine and that made their on film brother-sister relationship endearing. I always know what to expect with Wiig, but Hader was a surprise. He brought a dynamic to his character that was complex and unique. I was impressed.

Good submitted by Lucy S on August 5, 2015, 9:19pm But not a comedy. An interesting exploration of depression and sibling dynamics, well acted by Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader. It is more sad than anything. I'm surprised it's called a comedy.
