Beautiful look into the 44th Presidency submitted by Susan4Pax -prev. sueij- on July 21, 2018, 3:52pm This book of photographs by White House photographer Pete Souza, along with the captions and occasional stories, gives a beautiful visual telling of the eight years of the Obama White House. I love the way there is a solid mix of diplomacy, office time, personal connection, and family time depicted. Souza excels at his craft, and we see, indeed, an intimate look into the man who was the 44th President.

It's hard to look at them and the magnitude of what Obama brought to his presidency without feeling wistful and sad about the current regime. One of my favorites is Obama dancing with her Dad on stage with Prince at the White House.
