Most of the material in this book can be found in other guides as well, but her artwork and the patterns she put in this book are really cute. I was most excited that she includes a tutorial for woven roses - something that I see a lot in contemporary embroidery posted online, but have had a hard time finding a tutorial for. It's worth a checkout just for that!
