David Tanis hails from that wonderful collection of Berkley-area chefs - beginning with Alice Waters.
The simple, straightforward recipes are both easy to understand and to prepare.
Chard frittata, Parsnip Mash with Sesame Oil.
Makes you want to grow food, go to the farmer's market - or both!
Wonderful photos - I'd like to have a copy of my own.
Oh - and tasty too!
