Ambitious Recipes submitted by Meginator on July 23, 2017, 9:05pm As a new Instant Pot owner, I wish that this book had fewer recipes, per sé, and more general tips about acccomplishing certain things with the appliance. To find out how to cook dried beans, for example, you have to parse the relevant information out of a recipe for Mexican Black Beans [sic]; likewise with hardboiled and deviled eggs. The front matter is useful, and many of the recipes look tasty, but this book just doesn't have the basic guidance I was hoping for.
