Looks good, but... submitted by sara on July 5, 2017, 10:47am The recipes in the book looked good, but were very labor-intensive (you had to make many of the ingredients yourself) so I did not try to make any. Also, it bothered me that no nutritional information was given for the recipes- protein, calories, carbs, etc.
